Morning Lift

Up 15 mins earlier and made all the difference in timing at the gym for shower etc. Felt kinda sick to my stomach mid lift, which might be from super sweet pre w/o pp mix and aminos. 35 bb on squats again and this was the first time I did not want to cry during those and made it to 12 reps which means, of course, it's time to move up on those. I frikkin hate squats, but I am getting them done A2G and good form. Bleh.
