Workout/Brief Intro

Intro:
After much messing around with setting up this blog, figured I'd better post today's workout. This is a tad boring, but I've run out of steam for giving a witty intro. I made it to the gym today for the 2nd workout on my return to lifting after, let's face it...basically 6 months off. I did try to get back in the swing of things when we first moved, but I really only made 2 weeks in a row tops before stopping for long periods. Now I'm trying to recommit to a regular schedule again, and starting with full body workouts.

Workout:
Funny how the gym location on campus doesn't have the same weight increments as the location up the street from our house does. I had to make some adjustments, but overall it went pretty well. I was a tad surprised at the weight choices. Expected to have to go way way lower on some, but generally speaking not a totally sucky base. Crunches irritate me. I never feel like I'm doing them right...so those...not so good.



Mood: Good
Energy: Decent - considering this is day 2 back after much time off
Attitude: Positive
